OUR PROMISE
At Busy Pawz we pride ourselves with making and stocking only the best products available. We only stock products we have tested and we use ourselves.
PRODUCTS RETURNS
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Items can be returned as long as they are in an unused condition. To return a product, please contact us via email. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered)

Products that have been damaged by chewing, scratching or any other non-suitable use are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Please use Busy Pawz products responsibly and seek training advice. Busy Pawz does not assume responsibility for any damage or injuries that occur when using our products.
TRAINING TREATS RETURNS
Training Treats are not refundable. If you have a fussy eater or are trying out our treats for the first time, we suggest you try a 30g portion before committing to larger orders. We are yet to meet a dog who does not love our treats!
CLEARANCE SALE RETURNS
No refunds, exchanges or returns on any clearance sale items.
